Ashtonbee Fitness Centre

 Located within D Block of Ashotonbee campus, Ashtonbee Fitness Centre (AFC), has two levels. The first floor (main floor), has a lounge area and a gymnasium with one basketball court, one volleyball court, and 3 badminton courts.

The second floor holds state-of-the-art exercise and training equipment including weight machines, free weights, treadmills, stationary bikes and much much more! For those interested in more structured workouts, there are in-person and virtual fitness classes that are held in the studio room!

Fitness Centre Access 

Members must present a valid student/employee ID card.  As we continue to follow public health and college protocols, we remain a mask-friendly environment.

Shower & Locker Service

Shower and locker service will be available at Ashtonbee. Users that wish to use the showers at the facility must bring their towels and toiletries.
Locks and keys are provided by facility staff. Users must provide their student ID to secure access to lockers. Lockers must be cleared at the end of the day. Users are not permitted to use lockers overnight.

Always be mindful of what you leave in your locker. 

Fitness Classes

Classes included: Yoga, Pilates and Total Body Workout.

Drop-in Recreation

Do you love participating in sports for recreation? Come out for drop-in recreation at Ashtonbee Campus! The Ashtonbee Campus recreation team provides students with several programs through the fall and winter semesters. Students can drop in and participate, without needing to register a team, they can come by themselves or come as a group.

Rental Information
