The Morningside Fitness Centre is available for Centennial College students and staff. The fitness centre offers a unique space for students to enhance their physical, mental and nutritional health.
Fitness Centre Access
Members must present a valid student/employee ID card. As we continue to follow college and provincial health guidelines, masks are now optional within the Morningside Fitness Centre

Facility Details
- Aerobic studio space with mirrors, stretching mats, and core zone equipment.
- Selection of cardio machines, weight machines and free weights.
- Free locker service
- Showers

- Accessible fitness equipment
Showers & Locker Service
- Shower and locker service will be available at Morningside. Users who wish to use the showers at the facility must bring their own towels and toiletries.
- Locks and keys are provided by facility staff. Users must provide their student ID to secure access to lockers. Lockers must be cleared at the end of the day. Users are not permitted to use lockers overnight.
- Cubbies will still be available for visiting users.
- Always be mindful of what you leave in your locker.
Table Tennis
Table Tennis is available for members. Kindly ask the front desk staff member for assistance before playing.

Field Trips
The Athletics and Recreation Department offers many activities to its student body, including field trips. These trips are booked on a first come first serve basis. Participants can meet new students while enjoying some great recreational activities! Some trips include paintball, snowboarding, snow tubing, and many more! Watch for the various promotional posters of when and what the next trip will be.
