Hope Humphries is an inductee to the Centennial College Hall of Fame for her outstanding contributions on and off the court. As a player she played for 3 years on the Women's Volleyball team earning the Most Valuable player award all 3 years and a Female Athlete of the Year award in 1982-83. She capped her playing career the next year with an OCAA Silver Medal. Upon graduation from the Recreation leadership and the Hotel and Resort Management programs, Hope continued working with the Women's Volleyball team as an assistant coach helping lead the Colts to their first ever OCAA championship and silver medal finish in 1984-85. 

Hope would assume the position of Head coach for the Women's Volleyball team in 1986-87 and take her teams to the OCAA provincial finals earning a gold medal at the provincials and a CCAA silver medal in her first year. The next 2 years would be followed up with a provincial silver and gold medal for Centennial College. 

Today Hope is happily married to her firefighter husband, Kevin, and is the Director of Production for Freeman Toronto.
