The men's soccer team earned a point for the seventh time in their last eight games after a 0-0 draw with Centennial on Wednesday night (Oct. 9).
HOW IT HAPPENED: Right from the opening whistle, it was clear this would be a defensive battle. Both teams struggled to break through.
The Huskies generated several great chances but couldn't find the back of the net. Goalkeeper Andrew Shahrivar was outstanding for George Brown, making a season-high eight saves and extending his shutout streak to over 300 minutes.
UP NEXT: The Huskies (3-2-4) will host the Seneca Sting (4-1-3) in their final regular-season match. A win would secure a home playoff match. Kickoff is at 3 p.m., with the team honoring their graduating student-athletes before the game.
