Centennial Athletics & Recreation (The COLTS) Welcome You to the Summer 2021 Semester!

Centennial Athletics and Recreation (A&R) welcome you to the summer 2021 Semester! The College has been hard at work, providing ways to enhance your virtual academic experience and the A&R is here to help by providing various recreational programs that are accessible to any student, wherever you are! Athletic facilities are closed during this time, but we want to connect with you and provide some ways to keep you healthy, active and positive!

CAMPUS RECREATION:
Our amazing suite of virtual recreational, fitness and well-being programming can be found on our Instagram channel (@coltscampusrec). A few examples of the programming you can participate in are:

  • Instructor-led Virtual Classes
  • Fitness on Demand FREE Memberships
  • Motivational Quote Mondays
  • Wellness Wednesdays
  • Feel Good Fridays
  • Trivia Nights
  • And so much more!

VARSITY ATHLETICS

Interested in competing in high-caliber sports? We are always on the search for top-level athletes that can represent Centennial College on a Provincial and National level. For current varsity athletes, thank you for your continued support, dedication and enthusiasm during this time. Your virtual participation and commitment through Teambuildr and the @Colts_highperformace Instagram will no doubt pay off when we return to sport! If you need any assistance or guidance with your strength and conditioning program or therapy needs, please direct your inquiries to Kaylin Fraser, Athletic Therapist and Coordinator of Varsity Strength and Conditioning at kfraser@centennialcollege.ca.  Varsity sports are currently suspended and will be available once regular operations and OCAA activity resumes. A decision to resume varsity sports will be made in June. All updates will be posted on our website and social media channels.

We have a number of Health and Wellness programs to support you during your academic journey.

  • Wellness Wednesdays: Attend a virtual educational workshop to improve your mental health and overall wellbeing. To learn more, click here
