Coach Anderson has either been playing or coaching Post-secondary baseball since 2002.
Ben began his post-secondary career playing with the National Finalists Queens Golden Gales in 2002-2004, He then transfer to Erie CC to play for the Kats under the all time winningest NJCAA III Head Coach Joe Bauth, where they finished top four in the NJCAA III world series. From there he transferred to Brock University to play and learn under head coach Jeff Lounsbury.
 
After university Coach Anderson continued to play with the with the East York Bulldogs, where he also was provided his first coaching opportunity. Coach Anderson was helping with player development for the organization working with youth between the ages of 6 and 18. From there Coach Anderson spent 4 seasons coaching the Bulldogs Elite programs from 15u up to 18u in 2022.
 
This will be Coach Anderson 7th season in the OCAA with him starting out as an assistant coach with the George Brown Huskies in 2017 & 2018. Ben then took over the Colts program from its infancy in 2019 and focused on developing a winning culture both on the field and in the classroom.
