Mark Ireland has coached at the AAA and elite level for 19 years. He created and managed an elite program at East York called The Toronto Cardinals. The program was responsible for placing 24 players in U.S. Colleges and Universities. The program also assisted getting many players placed on Canadian University and College baseball rosters.
