Coach Pete won athlete of the year at his high school two years in a row in 2006 and 2007.
He has won championships with both the Scarborough Stingers and East York Bulldogs.
Along with his First Team All Star Shortstop and MVP awards back in 2009.
After his prime playing days, he transitioned into working under Coach Anderson as his lead assistant where he helped coach the East York Bulldogs Elite 15u program all the way up to 18u.
Coach Samonas is now in his 4th year with the Colts Baseball program.
He has an excellent knowledge of the game and will help his team both on and off the field.
Coach Pete is very excited to be apart of this program and will help bring this colts organization a well-deserved championship!
