Colts Look to Get Back on Track

The Centennial Men's Volleyball team is back on the road for another away game. They will be heading to North Bay tomorrow as they will be taking on the Canadore Panthers. The Colts have the chance to bounce back after a tough loss earlier this week.

Although they lost their second game in the season, the Colts' record is still positive. With five wins and only two losses, their goal is to host the playoff games, and every victory counts towards that goal. The Colts head coach, Clay Couchman, said that, even after the loss, his team does not seem to be demotivated. "Practice after the game was great, they came in ready to work hard for our next challenges," concluded Couchman.

This weekend's opponents, the Canadore Panthers, have had their ups and downs this season. Sitting 7th place, they currently have three wins and four losses. They will seek more momentum for the second semester and the remainder of the season. They also are looking for their first win at home, and they count on their fans for that extra support.

It will be an interesting game in which both teams will look to bounce back from a loss. We hope the Colts can perform well and bring back the level of volleyball they showed early at the beginning of the semester.

Game begins at 3:00 p.m. from College Drive Gymnasium.
