Colts have eyes on First Place

The Centennial Women's Soccer team is back in action at Progress Field to take on the Loyalist Lancers. After an outstanding performance in the home opener, the Colts will be playing in front of their fans again this Tuesday at 6:00 p.m.

The Colts have been showing a high level of soccer. After a great performance against the St. Lawrence Surge last Friday, the Colts are looking to maintain a good streak. They will be looking to get another victory and keep on fighting to be at the top of the east division. Talking about it, the captain, Emily Cullen, mentioned that it is now a responsibility. "It is clear that our goal now is to get first place, and that will be in our minds when we play," said Cullen.

On the other side, we have the Loyalist Lancers, with a record of 2–3. The Lancers are coming out of a loss against Cambrian and are looking to put in a sequence of victories that was interrupted in their last game.

We look forward to seeing the result of the matchup between these two teams. It will be a great game in which the Colts will have another opportunity to keep fighting for a position at the top of the standings.
