The Centennial Women's Volleyball team will have the chance to bounce back after losing to the Durham Lords last week. They will be hosting the division leader, Loyalist Lancers, at the Athletic and Wellness Centre at Progress Campus at 6:00 p.m.

The Colts' performance has been fluctuating, and so far, they have not had an extended streak. Against the Lords, they struggled in their side-out opportunities and could not challenge the opponents. They will be looking to fix that against the Lancers, which will be equally as challenging. The Colts' head coach, Andrew Mallory, mentioned that they need to get past the last result and not let it affect their performance. "There is no time to lament the result of the last game. It is a short season, and we need to let it go," completed Mallory.

The Lancers are the biggest surprise this season. After finishing seventh last season, they loaded up their team and are now leading the east division with eight wins and only one loss. With many players composing the top five in five different categories, this game represents another opportunity for them to prove they belong at the top.

Despite the gap in the standings, this game will be levelled up by the efficiency on both sides. We hope the Colts can bounce back and face the Lancers with enthusiasm and motivation. The Colts will be counting on their fans for extra support as they get closer to the end of the year.
