Michael has been coaching for 17 years. During that time he has lead his athletes to Provincial & National teams, as well as medaling at Provincial, National, & Collegiate Championships. Michael has coached two Canadian teams (Athletics Canada) & seven Ontario Teams (Athletics Ontario).
Michael's Coaching Philosophy consist of 4 pillars of success: mutual respect, dedication, commitment and enjoyment.
