The Centennial men's volleyball team suffered a tough loss against the George Brown Huskies at the Athletics and Wellness Centre Wednesday night.

In what could easily be considered as one of the tightest games of the Colts season so far, the team coached by Adriana Bento fell 3-2, their second consecutive loss.

According to the Brazilian trainer, it was difficult for her players to lose the game after winning the first and third sets.

"We lost because of unforced errors that we shouldn't have made," said Bento after the match. "It is hard to lose like this because this game was very important for us, and I think that we had chances to close it before George Brown did."

Alex Smith - one of the Colts' leading scorers agreed with his coach in his post-game analysis.

"We played a good game, but we made far too many mistakes that gave them the lead," said the first-year Toronto Native. "miscommunication keeps being a problem for us, and we need to work hard to leave that behind in the following games."

This team is clearly talented, but they need to get out of their own way by reducing unforced errors.

The Colts will now hit the road for their final games of the regular season, looking to get themselves a spot in the playoffs. Next up they will face Loyalist at 6:00 pm on Friday, followed by Canadore College on Sunday.
