Class Descriptions
Yoga
Yoga builds strength, flexibility, balance, and calm while reducing stress and improving overall wellbeing. Our instructor, Sofia, delivers inspiring and inclusive classes suitable for all fitness levels, with an emphasis on mindful movement and proper technique.
Pilates
Floor Pilates focuses on core strength, posture, flexibility, and control through mat-based exercises. Led by Sofia, these supportive and effective classes are designed for participants of all experience levels.
Zumba
Zumba is a fun, high-energy dance workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and confidence. Katrina brings a friendly, energetic, and positive atmosphere to every class, making each session uplifting and engaging.
Hip Hop & Dance Choreography
This class builds confidence, rhythm, fitness, and self-expression through dynamic hip-hop and dance choreography. Christie brings trend-forward moves, high energy, and strong performance style to every class.
KPOP Dance
KPOP Dance focuses on sharp technique, coordination, and performance-driven choreography inspired by popular KPOP routines. Christie’s energetic and stylish teaching delivers precision, confidence, and idol-level flair.
