Colts Play Do or Die Against Fanshawe

Playoffs have arrived and the Centennial Colts have made the OCAA Championships for the second year in a row.  First team in their way is the Fanshawe Falcons.

Coming into this game, the Colts and the Falcons tie with 9 wins but Fanshawe win the sweep of the Colts will get home for this do or die game to begin the OCAA Championships.  

Colts are lead by their bats having scored 106 runs through the 18 game season.  Riley Briggs, a second team all-star leads the team offensively hitting .407 with 11 Stolen Bases.

Falcons also are an offensive team having hit a league high 13 home runs lead by second baseman Riley Wheeler with 7 and 1st baseman Jamie Chopping-Lawlor with 3. The Falcons on the mound have gotten better through the year but end with a team 6.51.

2nd team all-star Liam Oates mentions that "we just need to play our game.  We know we can hit and we are very capable to make a deep run."

Game time from Stewart Burnett Park in Aurora goes at 11AM.
